Unit 35 B Beginning at Grand Avenue (United States Highway 89) at the United States-Mexico border in Nogales; east along the United States-Mexico border to the Lochiel-Canelo Pass-Elgin Road; north on the Lochiel-Canelo Pass-Elgin Road to Arizona Highway 82; southwest on Arizona Highway 82 to Grand Avenue; southwest on Grand Avenue to the United States-Mexico border.
