SUMPTER 45% of public lands. Beginning at Ironside; northwest on United States Highway 26 to Austin junction; northeast on State Highway 7 to summilet of Blue Mountains (Tipton Summilet); northeast on Blue Mount summilet (Baker/Grant county line) to the Summilet of Anthony Lks Ski Area (junction of Grant, Baker, and Union counties); north along the Blue Mount summilet to Anthony Lks Road 73; northeast on Anthony Lks Road to Ellis Road; north on Ellis Road to North Powder River Ln; east on North Powder River Ln to Interstate-84 at North Powder; southeast on Interstate-84 to Durbin Circle Road overpass; west on Durbin Circle- Malheur Reservoir Road to Ironside, point of beginning.
